The noise, toxic fumes, particulate pollution, and greenhouse gases emitted by gas leaf blowers pose risks to the health of Acton residents, lawncare workers, and the environment. We ask for your help to change that!
Acton is Ready!

Acton residents voted YES for the Leaf Blower Control bylaw at the May 6, 2025 Town Meeting.
Opposition was intense. An amendment to delay implementation of the bylaw for 5 years was voted down, but a one-year delay passed. In the end, the bylaw was approved 149 to 105.
